The Guinness Book of Records Not Rank Hardness of Courses.
Recently, Facebook users posted statuses boasting that their college subject was rated the toughest in the Guinness Book of World Records.
The status usually looks like this:
“Engineering” was selected as the “hardest” course among all courses including BCOM, BCA, IAS, IPS and MBBS; according to the Guinness Book of Records from 08/18/2010. It has 58 university exams + 130 series exams + 174 assignments within 4 years (max. 750 working days). All engineers post this on your wall for at least 2 hours and proud to be an engineer!…
The problem is that Guinness doesn’t keep such records of college course/subject “hardness”.
However, here are some courses that Facebook users have claimed are the toughest based on the number of exams, assignments, and years to complete.
One “course” listed in the Guinness Book is the longest golf course in the world: the par-72, 8,548 yards Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Golf Club in Lijiang, China.
